Homeowner Only Access
In order to view homeowner only information, you must first register. You will create a Username, Password and supply a valid email address.
Once it has been verified that you are a Winchester Pointe homeowner, your request will be approved. At that time, you will receive an automated email from the Board President, Rose-Ann Boltz; with a subject of “Your Username and Password Info (Activation Required).” Be sure to check your Junk and Spam mail folders, as this email will contain the Username and Password you created – you will want to keep and/or print this email.
It may take up to 72 hours (longer for weekends/holidays) for your account to become active.
